Chow Bella
About us
Chow Bella began with a truck, a dream, and a deep love for Italian cooking. Founded by husband and wife duo, Tyler and Monica, the business was inspired by her Italian roots and the desire to bring fresh, affordable, beautiful eats to Charleston.
What started as one of the Lowcountry’s first Italian food trucks quickly became a local favorite, known for its house-made pasta, paninis, and warm hospitality. After several successful seasons on the road (and many catering requests), we made the exciting decision to focus exclusively on events, private parties, and full-service catering.
Today, Chow Bella offers fully customizable menus that range from intimate happy hour spreads to crowd-pleasing pasta stations. Whether it’s a corporate lunch, rehearsal dinner, or cooking class, we bring the same heart and flavor to every event — no truck required.
Chow Bella means “Hello, beautiful” in Italian. We think great food should feel like that.
